Farnsworth House Inn

I went to the Farnsworth House Inn in mid-June this year and had an incredibly paranormal experience. My friend and I stayed in the Katherine Sweeney room, and experienced most, if not all, of the occurrences we were warned about. When we first checked in, we immediately heard the footsteps on the ceiling coming from the attic, which is vacant and never rented out. We took a few pictures of the stairs leading up to the attic and saw an apparition in each and every photo. Later we took out the Ouija board and talked to a spirit named "Terry" who claims to be the apparition in the photos and also told us alot about himself. Before going to bed we heard our doorknob turn, footsteps approaching the bed, an indentation on the edge of the bed, and my friend felt a hand on her shoulder. She also claims to have felt a body sleeping between the two of us during the night. It was a nice stay, and I did not feel threatened at all by the ghosts. I would definitly go back!
