For Rest Stop: Same concerns as previous ratings. Left hand entrance if coming from south east. Just parallel parking for RVs around the turnaround so not much room. There is a partially fenced area to let your dog off leash if it’s not a runner.

For Rest Stop: Nice, clean, well-maintained facility. Heading East, access is good but use care. It is on a downhill grade and until you are there (because of trees and shrubs), you cannot tell if parking is full or not. Heading West, Beware. You must make a left turn into the rest area--across fast-moving Eastbound traffic. After 'resting', to continue Westbound, you again have to make a left turn, across Eastbound traffic, uphill, from a somewhat blind vantage point. Traffic on Highway 60 can be busy and Fast, so be very cautious and ready for swift action, kids.

For Rest Stop: Not very big rig friendly. Three can fit around a u-turn parking area. The car section is fine. As a big rig, if you pull in and there’s no spot to park, you’ll have a tight turn just to get through and back to the exit. You cannot see feom the road if it is or isn’t full. Use caution. We are 43’ coach towing a 4 door Jeep and we’re able to make the turn...barely.
