For Deer Run RV Park: Stopped through on way home! Called ahead to confirm a site and explain arrival after closing. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He set us up with a site number and explained after hour procedures. Pull through site, EWS, concrete large pad for 43' camper! Easy access and departure; will stop through again when down this way!!

For Deer Run RV Park: First stay here on way back to Florida. Office folks, Cody, was very nice to work with on getting a reservation and also getting us to our site once we arrived. Good Sam's discount brought the cost within reason otherwise a little on the high side for March. However, the Park was full.
Cable worked but is fuzzy. Original spot they had us in was a grass site and I could not level a 45' motor home so they moved us to a concrete pad nearby and all was good.
It's a quiet park where it appears there are a lot of long term residents. Lots of trees so I would imagine it is well shaded in the summer.
We will try and stay at this park in the future as we pass through this area.

For Deer Run RV Park: Just pulled in here for the night on our way to Florida. Nice quiet place with level concrete padded sites. Very clean & well kept. Bathrooms & showers are clean as well. Got here late & was able to pay with an envelope left on a clipboard by the office door. Slipped it into a door slot & found a site. $30.00 a night. Perfect place for an overnight stay!

Snowbound no more
For Deer Run RV Park: We were looking for a park to stay a month. $425 t taxes. Non metered elec.
Nice pull in site overlooking the ponds.
Park roads are wide, hard packed gravel
85% of sites you have a concrete parking pad. Many pull thru's.
Grounds are nice.
Bi-weekly pot luck dinners.
Great bunch of neighbors, as usual in most parks.
Laundry has a lot of machines clean area.
Bathrooms are nothing to brag about.
Clean but tight for space.
Now for the so- so part.
Cable tv not so good many channels snowy.
Internet... well I have come to not expect much. I was not disappointed!!!
If you connect no internet.
Owners are nice folks.
He explained these issues are with the provider, a small local cable provider.
He's not happy as he pays a hefty premium
To provide the service to the guests.
On site spa, Hair, nails and massage services.
City of Troy has an excellent rec center w/ pool. Cheap too.

The Bonds
For Deer Run RV Park: Beautiful well maintained grounds and sites! Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Easy access spacious sites with level pads. Will defiantly stay here again. 800 number on website is incorrect. Use 334-566-6517

The Yocums
For Deer Run RV Park: We arrived late, and were pleasantly surprised there was a late arrival discount. $25
Beautifully well-maintained rv park.
There were two fishing ponds/lakes on the property which made it very scenic.
