For Toad Suck: This is a nice COE campground. We stayed in BO7 which was relatively flat and had you positioned to look out the windows over the river but overlooked B06. No one was in the next site as it is January but better to have an unobstructed view of the river. If in the summer, I would go to A or C loop as you would be able to see the boats go by. Our view of boats would be blocked by the lock. Quite a bit of road noise over the bridge but it dies down in the night. The fire pits are often in weird places, being positioned right next to the cement pad (with your table on it). But the pad has a raised border so you are either on the pad somewhat far away from the pit or on the grass, which could be sloped. We would prefer a pit that we can move our chairs easily on any side. For the A sites, the lower numbers are closer to the water as the pictures are taken with your back to the water. Seems sites are closer in that loop though. Longer rigs might have trouble with level in many spots. But for the price, particularly with a senior discount, it is worth repeat visits.

For Toad Suck: Very nice place. You need to reserve on-line, but the ranger/host was super helpful and friendly. We described our rig and he recommended the perfect spot. Spots are $ $18-22 a night. Water/power at sites. Good bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

For Toad Suck: This appears to be an older, but quite picturesque, COE Park. There are a little more than a dozen reservable RV sites and they are in a nice shady area with a good view of the Arkansas River. Most others are first come/first serve. The asphalt pads are quite old and not level and the campsites could use some gravel. 30/50 amp service was available as was water, but no sewer. If you have a big rig, maneuvering into some of the sites can be difficult. There is one dump station on the way out but the connection is on the wrong side of the road so you have to make a 180 degree turn to get into it and another 180 turn to get out. Again, difficult for long 5th wheels and the like. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Conway, AR has plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

For Toad Suck: Beautiful shaded campground with mature trees. We stayed in the "A" section. Had fun watching the barges float down the Arkansas River from our campsite.
