For Lake Ouachita State Park: Beautiful part of the county. Amazing park and we will be back. The attention to detail for setting up the site is spectacular. Fire pit put in the right place, swivel grill and lots of space between sites to really feel you are in the nature...actually you really are. The lake is terrific. Highly recommend this park to everyone. Bring your water toys, fishing gear and walking shoes. There is something for everyone and the towns of Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village are a short trip.

For Lake Ouachita State Park: This is one of the more beautiful campgrounds I have stayed in. Loved my lake front site. The drive from downtown Hot Springs is not to long. Bonus I found 4 free RV parking spots in downtown at the visitor center that I used each day to explore and spend the day in town . I only gave a 4 star because my phone coverage was terrible at the State park . That isn’t a camp ground issue . Maybe you love the peace the lake offers , I did . However I also like to be able to make calls and maybe Netflix at night . So beware if you need connection .

For Lake Ouachita State Park: Great campground. Beautiful trees and setting. Nice spacing between sites. Easy to maneuver. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. We rented a canoe and spent an afternoon exploring the lake. The walking trail was rocky and lots of terrain. Will definitely go back. One steep hill up and down to get to it otherwise road in was not too bad for hills and turns. We have a 28’ trailer.

For Lake Ouachita State Park: Spent 2 nights here in different sites. The place was crowded even during the virus shutdown. This is a wonderful park and campground. Site B 57 is excellent. Actually all the lakeside sites look good. Campground A is in the woods. OK but not as nice. Park is well maintained. Didn’t use their bathrooms during the virus shutdown so no report there. Paved sites. B has sewer hookups. Nice people at check in.

For Lake Ouachita State Park: Very impressed with this park- beautiful RV sites-loved the lake tour- lots of activities for children and adults- beautiful beach areas- rentals, kayaks, paddle boats, aluminum boat etc. We swam right by our RV site ! They have cabins too!

For Lake Ouachita State Park: We loved our stay this week. The Caddo Bend Trail was stunning. Spacious sites and super quiet nights. The man that took care of check in at the park office was possibly the nicest man I’ve ever met in my life. Well patrolled campground. Great WiFi offering at the park office with a lounge style room. Wish we’d been able to do one of their lake tours!

For Lake Ouachita State Park: This is by far the best state park we have ever visited. The sites were wide and easy to back in. There were extra spaces for tented dining rooms or just play areas on each site. The campground was clean and neatly kept and the bathrooms/showers were the cleanest I’ve seen. All staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a fifth wheel in April. 2018.
