For Reef Townsite Campground: Beautiful campground. I would say tent camping only or maybe a very small trailer because the road leading up is a dirt road that is steep, single lane, unpaved road. Still easily accessible by even a car, but the tight switchbacks make towing a trailer bigger than a teardrop tricky.
As far as the campground goes this place is tough to beat. The forest service has done a great job maintaining each site. Big fire pits, level tent pads and room for your vehicle. You are already 2000 feet up into the mountains and are surrounded by other peaks to hike too along with tall pine trees. This is a must do hidden gem!
