For Mesa Spirit RV Resort: This place is unbelievably luxurious. There are multiple pools and excellent fitness centers. Check-in was easy and the complimentary cookies were nice! A kind gentleman named Frank drove us to our full hookup site and expertly backed us into a tight spot. The free wifi worked at our RV and it was blazingly fast! We also enjoyed the purified bottled water refills for 25 cents. Fantastic laundry rooms with machines that take credit cards (yes!) and also have huge front loading washers for only $1.75 per load. Lots of activities going on but we did not partake. I could not believe that my wife and I were able to stay here for 14 days free of charge with our Encore membership. We will definitely come back in the future!

For Mesa Spirit RV Resort: Nice pool and activity areas. Large park with many long term guests. Not much grass anywhere, little natural shade, dog park was gravel. Decent WiFi, it’s a 50Amp park so if you’re 30Amp you need an adapter. Very friendly staff helped us to our site.

For Mesa Spirit RV Resort: Be aware if you have a dog, they place you in designated area and our spot backed up to an extremely busy thoroughfare. Not only do you get typical traffic noise, there is a fire station nearby! The spaces are rather tight, back in spaces so your “patio” looks out on your neighbors hook ups. No patio table. Recreational facilities were nice and residents friendly. Resort is more geared to long term rather than short stay. Don’t think we’d stay here again, but I might feel different once I get a full nights sleep!

For Mesa Spirit RV Resort: We stayed here for a month in early 2018. The overall experience was very good. Sites on the perimeter of the park are designated for campers with dogs and feature designated potty parks?. This is a good arrangement but also means that those with dogs are likely to back up to a busy street. If you don't have a dog, be sure to request an interior site.

The RV park is large and older but the recreation facilities are modern and plentiful. They include nice laundry rooms, pool and hot tub, showers, minigolf, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, etc. There are tons of weekly activities and entertainment. There are plenty of services and shopping nearby.

As for the night arrival policy, it makes sense because the park is pretty tight and the spots are all back-in. It's better to navigate this during the day and with the help of one of the park's guides. The nighttime curbside parking includes water and electric.

We would stay here again.

For Mesa Spirit RV Resort: BEWARE: They have a policy which they don't tell you about that if you arrive after dark, they park you on the curb overnight and you then move to your assigned spot the next day. Unusual policy that they don't tell you about, and it's obviously very inconvenient if you arrive after dark. They also put us in a spot that had the outside "living area" on the passenger side next to the sewerhook up, so we couldn't use our awnings or outside TV. The other downside is that you have to walk to a centralized location to deposit garbage. Very inconvenient. On the other hand, it is well maintained and quiet.

For Mesa Spirit RV Resort: Would not return here. Very large park, but yet they put us in a very tight spot that had not been used in years. The drain line clogged up and when I complained to the desk that I had just paid $66.00 to a plumber only to discover the problem was the rv park, I did not receive a very sympathetic response. Internet was non existent, no tables at the sites, and trash had to be hand carried to main area. This place is only good for long term and not short stays. The long time guests were very friendly at least!
