For Monte Vista RV Resort: Very nice park with large sites, all concrete slabs. And gravel area to park tow car. Clean and quiet, aside from road noise on Ellsworth. Request site away from Ellsworth Road if possible. Busy road with fire station and police station on Steven Pollard Ave. Easy to make reservations and great communication with office. Each site has their own trash bin and recycle bin - quite convenient! Everyone was very nice and friendly. DIdn't use facilities and much was restricted due to China virus, but still very enjoyable stay. Good sized dog park near the RV Resort section. We only stayed in the smaller, new area as our site was 3024. The park is huge but didn't explore as we were there to see family and only stayed three nites. Expensive for none TT members - thankful for military discount. Thought it strange that no no one asked us if we had interest in a membership. We would have liked to see what all it offered and would have made the time to explore. The park had a lot of availability. Our neighbors were members and they were offered a sweet monthly deal ($299) to stay on there. We would have stayed on too had we been offered that deal. Too bad we aren't members. We camped at Monte Vista RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Request site away from Ellsworth Road if possible. Busy road with fire station and police station on Steven Pollard Ave.

For Monte Vista RV Resort: We arrived in January 2018 with a 38’ fifth wheel. Site was very tight to back in HOWEVER they are building a huge new section of the resort for RV’s only. And thanks to the kind neighbors we did get into our site and once in it is lovely. Large patio, good hook ups. We only booked for 1 month and the friendly office staff have been able to find us a site so we can stay for a second month. Park has so much to do! Pools are warm (even in January), there are bus trips and in park entertainment, it’s walking distance to groceries. This is the perfect place to be entertained for the 55 and over crowd. For short stay people the antenna TV is ok, there is wifi at the clubhouse, cell signal is good. Longer term people all have satellite and there is telephone lines for internet. We will come back.

For Monte Vista RV Resort: Hands down this has been our best camping experience yet! The people are so nice, the campsite is gravel and level for our motorhome with a large concrete patio to use. The pools are beautiful and heated with palm trees and waterfalls flowing into them. They are also open until midnight. I used the very nice indoor gym with clean and modern weight machines, and went for a walk or run every morning around the resort. The bathrooms near the pool had several showers and a sauna, all in very clean and working order. We felt very safe and welcome here and would recommend it to anyone! The only downside at all would be that there is no playground for the kids play. However, the pool made up for that! We also had very fast cellular internet speeds for both AT&T and Verizon.

For Monte Vista RV Resort: One of the worst parks we've stayed in. Overpriced, poor services hook-ups and terrible site.
$52.43 per night for a back-in gravel pad. The pad had deep tire ruts where the prior user had sunk in the soft surface, the site's trash cans were full and not due for emptying for another week (2-weeks for recycle) and there was not even a picnic table.
We booked here to visit with friends who have a park model here but we won't be back
