For Sundial Mobile and RV Park: Beware - This used to be a basic, no frills RV park (dirt with slabs and spots close together) in a not very good area of town with some heavy drug/alcohol using tenants, regular police visits, etc. The on-site manager became difficult after you moved in, I heard many complaints about an RV owner being told about some rule they had to follow (that nobody else was following or even knew about - no rules were ever posted/handed out) and charges not being consistent (e.g. fees seemed arbitrary, charged to some and not others even though they were all doing the same thing - e.g. using water, having pets, etc.). Also on-site manager that became difficult after you had moved in - he just has that kind of personality that likes to harass people. But the price was very low which depending what you wanted could make up for the other problems.
Most of this is still the same, however, there are new owners in the last year which made some things better and many things worse. Pros, there were some attempts to make the RV park prettier (e.g. put gravel down between the RVs but it is thin and didn’t stop the huge mud puddles after a heavy rain, planted some greenery which made it look a little nicer - some small trees on the street that don’t give any shade to the actual RV spot and put some flowers/plants at the entrance). Cons, there has been 3 general managers in a year and that rapid turnover shows big problems. Bills/Statements initially were correct (old billing service being used). Then the general manager started doing the bills and there were a lot of problems with them including higher amounts despite no notices of price raises, and fees added without you ever getting a bill showing what the fee was for, etc. The long term tenants talked tried to get the bad bills corrected but the on-site manager said "not my job" and the general manager was too busy to talk to anyone. A good chunk of people gave up and left that first month or two when things were visibly getting bad. The park then added fees for water, sewer, trash (so they could claim the rent was still low) but they just add numbers that were not related to what they were charged. Some tenants started taking to tenant associations and found out Sundial was violating State and City laws in their billing. Again, more people left (including me), but many long term residents have older RVs that can’t be moved without repairs and no money to repair & move them, so they are stuck there. There are a lot of RV parks in the area that do not play these games and are much nicer for the same price or lower (I moved to one of those - it is much nicer, provides more services, and a lower cost). If you want longer stay in the same area, check out the mobile home parks, often they have some spots open for RVs and you get a nicer park with a larger lot and a lot more amenities (and a much lower price, my search showed ones for 250-300 a month). If you want a shorter term RV park, there are a lot more around with much better managers that won’t throw random rules and fees at you. I suggest strongly that you look elsewhere.

For Sundial Mobile and RV Park: If you are looking for a no frills RV park in West Phoenix/Peoria this the place. The manager Jerry and his wife are super people. Jerry has us laughs from the time we got there to the time we left.. Nice to be so welcomed by such a wonderful couple. We will be back! Thank you

For Sundial Mobile and RV Park: It is a nice campground. Full hook ups are nice. It is noisy. Cars, trains. But location wise was perfect for visiting relatives. We were gone a lot and after a day I didn't even notice the trains. The owner is super nice. We needed to extend our stay by a day and he was very accommodating. We stayed a week. Was reasonable.

For Sundial Mobile and RV Park: Nice clean quiet “no frills” park at a great price. We stayed for 2 nights in March 2019 and Jerry was a pleasure to deal with.

Krystin

For Sundial Mobile and RV Park: It is a RV park, full hookups (water, electric and sewer) for $20 + taxes. Nothing else. No restroom nor cable. Was ok for us but train really noisy up to 11h30 on. Rare cheap place in the area if you can't stay at the casino.
