For Lynx Lake Campground: So close to town and yet a world away. Each loop of the campground is within walking distance to Lynx Lake, where there are lovely level walking trails all around the lake. It is usually full on weekends, but many sites available mid-week. Can reserve sites online @ Recreation.gov 48 hrs ahead. Clean, drop toilets. Excellent drinking water available to fill containers (no hose hook-up for RV fill).

For Lynx Lake Campground: We camped at b loop space 6 for a week during Memorial Day 2016. Our space was a 'pull thru' and adequate for our truck and 30ft trailer. Elevated fire ring and camp grill combo with concrete USF picnic table were provided on a clean pebble sand area. Bathrooms were 100 ft adjacent to us. They were cleaned twice daily, in good repair, but no lighting at night. The lake was a short 1/4 mile hike downhill. Lots of trails both paved and gravel for everyone to enjoy. Fishing is 'on or off' there was no in between. It was a lovely week :)

For Lynx Lake Campground: Wow, what a great place. So close to town I worrried, but its a million miles away in every respect. Beautiful path around the lake. Lots of birds: hawks, egrets, woodpeckers, ducks, and little chirpy things. I came for Mon & Tue night in mid-Oct and it was not even A quarter full. Had loop G to myself the first night. But all the reservation signs suggests its full or nearly so on the weekends.
