For Mountain Vista MH-RV Community: Price is good($200/mo), but there is junk all over... the management is a mess, sometimes even hostile. Clubhouse is perma-closed, wifi is very unreliable, and don't expect the bathrooms to have toilet paper.
It's a cheap spot and you certainly get what you pay for. Not bad for a monthly rate if you consider it downtown boondocking + electric, but don't expect anything more than basic hookups from this place.
