For Rest Stop: Southbound RV dump station is full to the brim with sewage. Do not recommend dumping here.

For Rest Stop: Southbound rest stop dump station is basically non-functioning. There is a ‘hole’ to dump but it is uphill from the point where you pull up. No water provided, either.
