For Tranquility Woods Estates: They will mislead you into thinking you'll be staying in a nice, peaceful environment, but it's actually quite the opposite. This place is a haven for irresponsible party animals who have zero consideration for their neighbours. Most nights, you will be kept awake by drunks, and by day, it's often bad too, especially on weekends.
The owners do nothing about this, aside from lying, saying it won't happen again, and sweet-talking you to stay. One of the co-owners is an active participant in the noise-making and therefore sets the stage for this nasty place.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
