For Rest Stop: Lots of vehicles looking like they post up here permanently. A few with signs in the window like “no gas, anything helps”. Lots of loud people in the parking lot until 3am. I would not stay here again. Drove over to the other rest area on the southbound side. Seems nice and quiet so far (aside from the road noise).
