Bob on the Rocks
For Mule Deer - Manning Provincial Park: Nice campground, location less so. A river on one side a busy highway on the other. The pluses are the sites (at least those close to the river and away from the highway, we were at the former) and the clean flush toilets. The main minus is that there is not much else to do there, at least in June, river too swift and cold for swimming and no hiking trails within walking distance. I don’t do kayaking or canoeing, so it might be good for that. Big transport trucks are on the highway at all times and I imagine would be noisy, river drowned out that for us, but sites near the highway would probably be noisey.
