For Ace High Resort: We stayed at Ace High for 5 nights in July 2020. The lake is beautiful and was mostly calm, great because of small craft limits. Seemed to be good fishing from our neighbours comments. However, the listing here and on the website does not accurately describe the resort. There is no manager on site at all. Each site is minimum size width for large trailers. We could hear our neighbours, and they could hear us - in our trailer. The site was not maintained, the grass had not been cut in some time. The pictures of a gravel pad were greatly exaggerated. There was garbage in the fire pit, because the resort does not have any place to dispose of your garbage. The resort office is not open so there is no firewood or fishing tackle to purchase as listed on the website. The washrooms are closed so don’t rent a cabin. There is no laundry facilities. The public grounds are not maintained. This is nothing more than an overgrown spot with hook ups. Really not worth the $35 per night and certainly not as advertised.
