For Lowes: Hi I am writing because in july I purchased a weed eater from your store for my dad the weed eater stop working and even though he has the receipt they want me to drive two hours and forty five minutes. Just to exchange it because they say they need to see my card I called the store and spoke with the manager she did not give her name and was very rude and unprofessional. I am a veteran of the us army and if this is how I am going to be treated I will not shop at your store and will tell my fellow veterans not to shop there also.
