For Big Sur Campgrounds and Cabins: Visited with our 40’ fifth wheel. Only a spot or two that can accommodate. Great setting with nice amenities. Very tight maneuvering for us and unable to get to the dump station upon leaving so be aware if coming with big rig.

For Big Sur Campgrounds and Cabins: Great place! Nice spots. Handled our 37 Travel Trailer. A few tight turns but we made it in and out. Central location to many Big Sur attractions. Will definitely return!!!

For Big Sur Campgrounds and Cabins: We were traveling up the 1 in our 40ft RV and saw this place took bigger rigs so we showed up praying they would have an open site and they did! It’s definitely pricey but we knew it would be so no surprise there. We couldn’t use the dump because we’re to big to navigate over there but that wasn’t an issue. Nice laundry facilities. We absolutely loved our two nights there. Very peaceful. The free coffee was nice too!

For Big Sur Campgrounds and Cabins: Beware: the dump facilities are out of order and have been for two months as of (10/18), according to staff. This is not posted, nor is it disclosed verbally at check-in. I learned this after our stay upon check-out and staff referred me down the road to Pheiffer State Park where I could dump for an additional $10. I asked for an equal credit against my overnight fee of $75 and they refused. The facility is beautiful but this false representation and failure to acknowledge the deficiency left a bad taste in my mouth.

For Big Sur Campgrounds and Cabins: Nice people and a nice campground. Sites are fairly spacious ( we camped in a tent) and shady. Redwoods everywhere. Owners are helpful and security is good. It’s a bit cool along the coast and even more so in the shade, so be prepared. Dining out nearby is very slim pickings, so be prepared. Local restaurants are expensive and not that good. The drive down Hwy 1 is a bit hair raising for a flat lander, but doable.
