For Leapin Lizard RV Ranch: Super clean, with lots of shade and privacy between spots. The pool and restrooms were immaculate. We had 2 bars Verizon with the WeBoost antenna up, but otherwise not much cell coverage. Off-road vehicle noise was not very bothersome. Close to Anza Borrego too.

For Leapin Lizard RV Ranch: The facilities were very well kept with wonderful pool & spa, bathrooms were modern & very clean. Each site was separated by trees providing privacy. Cellphone coverage was limited. The owners were very helpful in providing assistance where needed. We highly recommend.

For Leapin Lizard RV Ranch: Prior review is spot on. The RV park is in the middle of nowhere but was impeccably clean, sites were manicured with trees between sites, full hookups. Bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen. There is virtually no cell service but that's okay. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer. Nice, quiet and clean. Friendly owners who manage the park themselves.

For Leapin Lizard RV Ranch: Holy cow! Jeepers creepers! Leapin' lizards! We stayed her in late January '15. We took a chance because the name was strange and the neighborhood seemed desolate, but the price was right--$25/nite for full hookups and 50amp service. We were pleasantly surprised. This is a well-managed, family-owned and operated RV park. Individual sites are separated by trees and shrubs. Our site was raked (DG gravel) and the picnic table wiped-down just before we came in. The restrooms and showers are exceptionally clean! Limited wi-fi and cell phone coverage. Three over-the-air TV channels (English) available (no cable), we used our sat dish. Excellent access to Ocotillo SVRA about a half mile away. Borrego Springs is about 20 minutes away. Be sure to gas-up before coming because gas stations are few and expensive. We stayed in a 34 ft motorhome, towing a Jeep. We will be coming back!
