For New Brighton State Beach: Beautiful huge premium sites along the ocean cliff line. Feels very private. Quiet, peaceful. Path to beach okay. Can walk to town for bakery/deli goods.

For New Brighton State Beach: The price without hook up was $35. It’s advertised with showers however, you do have to pay for the shower and is not included with the $35. There are toilets and potable water. Decently sized area. Came in handy since overnight parking anywhere in Santa Cruz is extremely difficult. We’ve driven cross country and this has been by far the most expensive camp site we’ve stayed at.

For New Brighton State Beach: Beautiful, overgrown, just the way I like it. Berry bushes, lots of mossy trees. Fire pit. Concrete pads, dirt and grass all around . Bathrooms with coin op showers, good lightling. Quiet and pieceful. Trail down to the beach between site 70&73, bad signage. Quite a trek, georgeous oak trees and brambles. Premier ocean view spots without hookups. Host friendly and nice. Sells wood 4-8pm.

For New Brighton State Beach: Location is nice but hard to get down to the beach. Pathway was closed. Cites r not kept up well, weeds r overgrown. Friendly campers, bathrooms were ok, lots of kids on bikes so my kids had fun. Bring quarters for the showers $1.25 for 5mins. Overall it was good for a place close to Santa Cruz but I wouldn't camp there to stay for a while.
