For El Centro NAF Campground: Comfortable campground, concrete slab sites, laundry room in bathhouse. We arrived on a Saturday, no camp host, found an MWR office at the Exchange to get paperwork, picked a site and moved in. This is the winter training ground for the Blue Angels so if you like air shows you will love it here! Practiced all afternoon, loud but fun to watch! Quiet at night, friendly neighbors. Didn’t give it five stars because of the difficulty in checking in and the men’s shower had very little temperature control on the water. Stayed two nights. Two bars on AT&T.

For El Centro NAF Campground: This is a great place if you want to get away from the rain in Oregon and into some sunshine! they recently upgraded the parking area nice gravel and cement pads. They have full hook ups. The showers are in the bathrooms in the lounge area. They also have a working theater . One lounge/ sports bar on base one subway and a cafe open till 1:30 pm

For El Centro NAF Campground: Stopped here for one night on our way West. Great support from the Camp Host upon arrival on the weekend. Our RV pad was slightly lower in grade than the surrounding dirt area. It didn’t rain the one day we were there but I could see how the pad could become muddy if it does rain. There is free ice at the park and a free car/RV wash just outside the park. The base has all the usual amenities. Only three stars because it’s a plain-Jane park but the price is right and I would return.

For El Centro NAF Campground: The guy that runs the place has the personality of a bent trash can. Put me in a spot I could barely back into. Come to find out the good spots are south of the old grounds. Was going to stay for 14 but left the following day.

For El Centro NAF Campground: I don't like mud!! At first the guy who ran the place put me in a spot that was under water. I don't think he ever used an RV of any kind. They gave me another spot but the pad was so small and surrounded by mud. I found out later that they had a new area to the south above water and perfectly good parking lot style spaces near the ball field on an asphalt lot. Better for an overnight transient.
Must say though nice little homesteader snow bird location that has monthly rate of $400 for season.
Not much around though. Reasonable base amenities.

For El Centro NAF Campground: Nice place but it can be muddy after rain. Good for a overnight stay but long term and you have dusty and rain or mud.
