For Travis AFB FamCamp: This could be a nice park but….no grass all dried weeds. They only give sites by RV size. So I’m in a smaller RV and stuck in the middle, where most of the people are, no shade over run with weeds. Gravel pads are also full of weeds. Sites where the wind is blocked are for larger RV’s even if they are open the whole time your there.
Girls in the office are nice.
Wind is always blowing !!

For Travis AFB FamCamp: This used to be a nicely kept park. Now it is overgrown with grass a foot tall. The long term residents don’t care about appearance and have stuff laying about helter skelter. There appears to be no management. ☹ï¸â˜¹ï¸
One bright spot was Lauren. She answered our emails and left voicemail—nice and cheery. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

For Travis AFB FamCamp: Worst Fam Camp in the system. Power poles continue to show low voltage, no shade trees in most of the sites. Grass is dead in most sites. Don’t stay here if you have other options.

For Travis AFB FamCamp: Checking in was easy the campgrounds were clean and quiet even with children present. As other people say next to the PX and commissary laundry facilities nearby very inexpensive clean and very easy. Military personnel on base or very Polite thank you for staying

For Travis AFB FamCamp: My husband and I originally had reservations for ten days at Travis Fam Camp and the day before we were set to leave had a problem with out slide out. Stephanie worked with us to add days to our stay until our rig was fixed. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. The bath house was meticulous, the grounds were clean and well kept. The proximity to the exchange and commissary could not be better. The cherry on top of our stay was the car wash next door had a beautiful RV wash with stairs on each side. Five Stars!!

For Travis AFB FamCamp: Stayed for 60 days over Christmas and thanksgiving. Close to base exchange and commissary! It's right inside the main gate so you get a lot of traffic noise. The laundromat was nice and clean. Campgrounds is divided into two sections?one for the people with pets and a section for people without pets. It can be a challenge to back into your spot depending on where the office puts you. The camp host has been here forever and needs to move on. He has a bad attitude and is rude to everyone that he comes in contact with. But overall a good stay and close to grandkids!

For Travis AFB FamCamp: 3stars... only because it is not "big rig friendly ". As in... we have 40 foot motor home with 4 slide outs and the bottom doors open off the slides.. the gravel pad is barely "wide and long" enough to accommodate the BIG rig.. . Therefore, your slide outs, hang over the grass, so you have to walk on the wet grass... and the bushes on the driver side do not allow enough space to open the utility compartments... and in the no pet zone, you have to walk through wet, sprinkle wet grass to your car and around the rig...Otherwise friendly office lady, Kaylie... and beautiful base and neighborhood....
