For River Walk RV Park: We spent 9 lovely days here in a pull through campsite just near the office. I think we had one of the nicer campsites, but I made the reservation over 6 months in advance. We camped here with a group, so loved having the use of the recreation room where we hosted several social events. The office was wonderful with helping us set up and manage the event, even though we set off the burglary alarm one morning early! This is a real full-service park with nice cabins, tent camping area, and a full-service store that even sells beer. There are a lot of long-term campers here, but they are well-separated from everyone else. Yes, the campsites are very narrow, but with the Riverwalk right across the street there is plenty of outdoor opportunities. Shopping and restaurants are close by. We did not notice the noise from nearby Hwy 101, as the long-term folks are all camped along that boundary. We found the staff to be incredible here, and the facilities well-maintained with two small exceptions - showers are in need of renovation and the typical crummy RV park Wifi. Great laundry facilities. Oh, and there is a nice outdoor kitchen for the tent and cabin campers. I would definitely stay here again!! We camped at Riverwalk RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

For River Walk RV Park: Very narrow sites and roads. Our site had a tree with limbs to low to allow one of the slides out. Dog crap in our site and in there dog walk area.

For River Walk RV Park: Not sure how this park got a 10 for the bathrooms. I would not have rated them above 8. There is only one sink in the women's bathroom and the space is dated. The parking spaces are nice, but because of the drought the grass in August is dry and brown. The pet areas are kept watered, which is good since you have to pay $1 per night for each pet. We would stay here again if our travels brought us this way. Easy access from the freeway (101) and since it is close we expected to be bothered by the traffic, but neither of us noticed the noise at night. Close to Starbucks and grocery stores. Good eats in the area.
