For Waterfront RV Park: Location is good. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to the pier and Main Street. Rv park it self needs some work. It’s a large asphalt parking lot with full hookups. Very tight to get into. Some sites are larger then others. Some sites it’s hard to put your awning out. Little to no staff working. Stayed 3 nights and only saw a guy one time in a golf cart. No one checks or cleans sites after people leave. Several trailers that don’t look like they’ve moved in a while. Newer owners I believe due to the name changing from Huntington Beach Rv park to Waterfront Rv. They need to do some upgrading for sure.

Apollo one RVING
For Waterfront RV Park: Con: spacing is packed, parking they don't seem to have it together. Example to me they seem to cater those that are permanent there which means they have more than one vehicle taking up space also when we had our lot my lot was 94 I have a patio but apparently my neighbor was able to park his car right by my patio making it very packed and cramped entering and exiting my RV,When I asked the employees there they didn't have a clue one said it was my parking space the other said he didn't know you have to talk to management which caused the conflict between neighbors. Also spa heater was not working, and it was all black top no shrubbery at all unless you brought your own.
Pros : You are right across the street from the beach which we spent the whole day there because it was too cramped at the RV park. There's a Walmart close for need you forgot are restocking.
Over all family had a great time at beach people seem friendly at RV park BUT because of spacing and catering to the long term dwellers I felt the Price was to high We payed top dollar. We could have got a Hotel for a few dollars more and would not
have had to deal with the parking.
