For Kennedy Meadows Campground: This place is awesome! Went here for the weekend with my Girlfriend and dogs, had a blast hiking the PCT and hanging in the river. Camping is free and is a PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT!!!! No bear lockers either.

For Kennedy Meadows Campground: We came to this campsite to escape the rain up north, and because it was still open in mid-October. There were only two other occupies sites. No water. Pack out your own trash. No manager, and no fee, (perhaps because it was late in the season?) the campsite basically wraps around the PCT, so cool trail access!
We got water from the creek for dish washing and flushing the toilet in our trailer.
There was a lot of litter in the campsites, so not necessarily well maintained, hence the 3 stars...
