Baleen
For French Camp RV Park: We had a change of plans and called sometime after 5pm. Asked if they had a spot and luckily they had one person who couldn’t make it so we were able to stay overnight but had to be out by 9am the following morning. Fine by us! We needed two nights but one night is better than nothing. $60 bucks for a large pull through site. There’s a lot of grass at this location. We had a picnic table and grass at our site. Large grass area. The back in sites may be a little smaller than the pull through a but I wouldn’t have minded either way. I do see some sites that may be full timers but at least it is not as unkept like other locations we have been to. I don’t get the low rating honestly. Adam the security guard/(night manager possibly?) was very helpful and great at giving specific directions. They gave us wifi passwords for three devices. Best part, it actually works and is very fast! There is a kids playground area, overflow parking for larger trucks, lots of grassy areas, dog runs/parks. I was in site #122 and it has a fruit tree in which I was able to pick some to the fruit and eat. That was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this place. I think this place has changed for the better over the years. I def would be back.

For French Camp RV Park:
The park seems well-maintained, hot tub was warm, sites are adequate with picnic tables, pool appears clean, showers roomy with hooks and chairs. Check-in were folks friendly, small store with essentials. There’s also a gym that seems in decent condition. We were in site 133, right across from the jacuzzi and laundry. We stayed just for one night as we were passing through and the park is perfect for that. The highway is close by but not too noisy. WiFi was free and fast.

For French Camp RV Park: I stayed here after buying my first travel trailer to test all the systems out. We were in a fairly spacious pull thru site. The back in sites are very tight so I’m glad I didn’t get one of those. Restrooms and laundry are clean. Pool and hot tub were closed when we were there but we were getting hit by a rather severe pacific storm so that’s understandable. I didn’t try WiFi because I just work down the road. Staff was friendly and offered me a gate key for $10 deposit. Trash is picked up curbside. Propane bottles can be filled the same way. I’m still pretty new but this park seemed nice and was very convenient to everything we needed.
By the way, they said that the RV park will be expanding into the old golf course area so hopefully they will have more spacious sites in the future.

For French Camp RV Park: Sites are close and light poles are a problem when trying to pull into your site (we have 40’) as they are located right next to pads- but because there are so many light poles this place is lit up like the 4th of July at nighttime so that’s great. No frills camping as u see no landscape just other RVs out your window. Didn’t use any facilities so don’t know on that. Defunct golf course would be nice if they continued walkways so it could be used for walking as it has nice ponds. I suggest you unhook if towing with larger MH for ease of sharp turning into site.

Kris
For French Camp RV Park: Alright for a night stop over. It was about 95 when we arrived. Had issues with our electric at the pedestal. I had a no AC meltdown for a second. Nobody would answer the phone number provided or on the website. I was able to flag down a security guard and he said he would call the camp host. The host showed within 30 mins and did his best to fix it. He was very nice. So as long as you don't have any issues after hours (8pm) then it's fine for a night. But there are a lot of fulltimers here. It's a big park, with a small pool, nice bathroom/shower facilities. It was just a strange vibe for us. I guess we would stay here again in a pickle.

For French Camp RV Park: Park is nice. Sites a little close but not on top of each other. Bathrooms were kept clean. Didn't use pool or spa but they looked clean. Pool way to cold for my liking.
Giving this park a 2 star rating simply because they are too cheap to furnish WIFI to the camping sites. They have it at the pool but who wants to sit out there when it's 50 - degrees? Not me.
We work on the road and this is a biggie for us. Won't be back.

Our Educated Guess
For French Camp RV Park: We stayed here for just over two weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The back ins were a bit tight and hard to get into. We have a 30ft TT. The pool was closed but the hot tub was open and the kids really enjoyed that. They had a playground and an off leash dog park area. The long term residents drove so fast here it was crazy. The wifi was only accessible at the two hotspots, but was a good signal. The bathrooms were very well kept. Overall we enjoyed our stay but weren't overly in love with the area so probably won't return.
