For Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort: Ok campground, site 173 w/e $55. Giant place, lots going on in the summer - restaurants, stores, boat rentals. Clean bathrooms, hot showers, very large campsites. probably very full and noisy in the summer. 5 miles from I5. Not much to do in the area - Shasta sites.

For Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort: Beautiful sites on the outer rim of the Lakeside camp. We had 345 and it was spacious, private and covered by trees. We could walk to the lake easily from the back of our site with our little kids. Any of the sites in the 340’s are really nice. Anything in the middle of the Loop is very exposed and crowded. I would stay away from sites 300-340. The camp has over 350 sites, so you have to expect crowding and noise, it’s a give in with large campgrounds. However, the bathrooms are not ok. The staff is mainly college kids and they clean like college kids. The bathrooms kinda reminds me of a frat house bathroom... do not take off your shoes!

For Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort: Beautiful location, but very worn. No one enforces quiet times. Lots of partying at night. We were there after Labor Day and it wasn't crowded but even then two large groups ensured that the rest us of would not sleep until very late.

For Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort: Old and not kept up. Sites are crowded and no effort toward leveling. Mostly dirt roads and was muddy due to recent rain. Toilets were dirty, about 100 yards away and no toilet paper in the one toilet that worked - the other one didn't flush. There were showers but it was unheated and quite cold. Lots of unrealized potential. At over $40 per night (2016) I thought it overpriced!

For Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort: Former a State Park, this campground is one of the best in area and actually California. It has amenities, spacious sites, trails, views, store, cell coverage and nice people coming in. Hookup water comes from mountain source, what more to say? T-Mobile has 1-2 bars LTE, satellite coverage works well.
