For Smalley Cove Campground: This is a nice picnic area/campground in the Sierra foothills. The landscape is dry and hot but it sits on a lovely lake. We kayaked yesterday and it was great. The campground and restrooms are very clean. The camp hosts are super friendly.

For Smalley Cove Campground: This campground is CLOSED until mid September due to a PG&E construction project. There is no camping nor day use.
