For Bertrand Mobile Home Park and RV Park: I went in to rent a RV space today. When I walked in and asked the Manager in the RV parts store that the manager works in, she first told me that the spaces I was interested in are only for mobile homes and they would not be willing to rent one of those spaces to me. Then I informed her that I had driven around the park, and I chose that area of the park because I noticed that they had some RVs just moved in. She quickly told me that THOSE spaces have a waiting list for each spot and that there was 100 people on each waiting list. Then I asked her if she would rent a regular small RV space to me. She then explained to me, "Well, we aren't allowed to rent a RV space to anyone who has a ten year old trailer. They had to be 9 years old maximum. Well, my friend had just moved a 20 year old RV in there a couple of weeks ago. I told her how that could be. She then tells me its a brand new law that went into effect last week. I left because I knew that for some reason, that woman didn't like my face, because every single thing that she told me was a lie.I double-checked with the county-and there is not any sort of law, as she described. I will change my ratings when they fire her and get an honest manager

For Bertrand Mobile Home Park and RV Park: Pulled in for an overnight. They have a place set up for overnight stays with 50 amp full hookups. They are good level pull-throughs. It is reasonably priced and was perfect for our overnights stop. If you’re looking for just a dump and water, they sell that too.

For Bertrand Mobile Home Park and RV Park: With an update to latest review, all the overnight spots have full 50 amp hook ups now on 14 spots. Very conveniently located. I would recommend this place highly to anyone who wants to be close by Ridgecrest California and/or traveling along Hwy 395. Spots are flat, good gravel down, and clean. Host was helpful and accommodating in spite of holiday weekend. Reasonably priced

For Bertrand Mobile Home Park and RV Park: Now this place is more like a professional RV park. We pulled in and we're greated by a real nice couple who welcomed us and directed us to the overnight spots. They apologized the pull through spots had no power at this time. We only used the power for a/c and there may have been a few power surges but the camper survived.
When the 50 amp pull through a are up this will be a nice place.
The RV park is separate from the mobile home.e park Wich is nice for both
