For Santa Cruz Ranch RV Resort: Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and laundry area. Due to COVID the pool was open but only to family members and it was a little cool. Close to Santa Cruz so lots to see and do on the boardwalk. The park itself was designed for older, smaller RV’s without slides. And due to the tight sites and parking available for you it made maneuvering interesting. We would say if you are in a smaller (under 30’) unit it could work well. Yes they have lots of more permanent residents but still nice.

For Santa Cruz Ranch RV Resort: Park is strange and next to some buildings. It was ok as a spotting place overnight but not to stay and camp.

For Santa Cruz Ranch RV Resort: Older park with narrow sites. Only 30 amp and my adapter would not completely fit inside the box so the slightest movement and it would unplug. Not suited for large rigs in my opinion. Lots of trees and clean. Very friendly check in. Very high price for being so close to neighbors. Not many parks in this area.

For Santa Cruz Ranch RV Resort: We stayed a week in our 37' motorhome. A bit tight to get into, but we did ok. The park is occupied mostly by long term residents so there are not many spaces for people passing through. The staff are great, the laundry room and bathrooms look good and they have a pool and spa that are heated. There is no dog area, but they are pet friendly and it's a nice park to walk around. The location is good to explore the area.

For Santa Cruz Ranch RV Resort: Very friendly staff, older campground with tight spaces if you have a 35 footer or longer. Lot of people living there full time. Under $20/night for Encore members. Close to Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley. Nice laundry room and pool.
