For Target Tree Campground: We stayed over one night August 2019. The sites are well maintained and park was quiet. Each site equipped with gravel pad, picnic table and fire pit. There is non potable water available and toilets (we didn’t use these). There is highway noise from 160 in morning but all in all was a good stay. We will be back for a longer period soon.

For Target Tree Campground: We are traveling on motorcycles and chose this place to camp before heading down to Four Corners. Unfortunately, the water hadn’t been turned on in the campground (on June 3rd), so we had to go back into Mancos to find some. The campground management only put up a tiny sign at the entrance stating this, which was annoying. The positive of the campground is the privacy of the sites. You pretty much can’t see any other campers from each campsite so it feels like you have the place to yourself. The negatives of the campground was the water being off and the long walk to the toilets.

For Target Tree Campground: It is a very well maintained CG to the point of being sterile. Leveling is an issue with a lot of sites. Fireplaces are poorly designed for cooking and cleaned to bare concrete. Plenty of shady sites.

For Target Tree Campground: This is small campground with large sites and lot of trees. Each site feel like you are alone in the forest. Sites are reasonbly flat with gravel. We were able to drive in and sleep in our van without leveling.
Sites have a picnic table and fire ring. Pit toilets are clean and there are several water spigots.
It's a 20 minute drive to Mesa Verde Park and you can take showers there.
Best of all AT& cell service is great here. Verizon was ok too.
Stop into Manios and have some hard cider or freshly brewed beer.
This is a great spot to camp.
