For Horseshoe Campground: This campground offers some nice primitive sites. There are a couple that will accommodate a 30ft, but backing in can get a little crowded. Our 17ft did fine. The creek is easy to walk down to. Looks like a fantastic fishing spot. There is also a trailhead to a very scenic and gentle trail connecting the two campgrounds. The campground hosts Vicki and Mark are very friendly.
The only drawback is the county road which is pretty bumpy and rough. You’ll at times want to drive it about 10mph when pulling a rig. You would think that makes this place fairly isolated but we had a lot of fellow campers even on a week day. Nevertheless, lots of space and trees between sites.
