For Black Bear RV Park: Stayed at the Black Bear Park in Howard, CO. June 2022. Park was ok not as it was before in the past. Made reservation with the previous owner that we adored. New Owners. Transitions and incomplete improvements. Previous Owner sold. Probably wouldn’t have stayed if we knew that. Park had no staff on site. Complete chaos. The Customers were trying to run the place and help us into our site. One of the long terms was intoxicated, loud and running with a vicious out of control dog on a leash. We get transitioning but the place being unattended was a proven for disaster.

For Black Bear RV Park: I’m a repeat customer. Been visiting for 3 years since 2019. My first visit I was skeptical at if one gal could over come what was before her. 2019 the place looked a horrible wreck and words can’t describe it. By golly it’s a win. She did it and thumbs up to the progress and the “ Not Quitting Determination and NON stop grind of an overwhelming project “ What I love most about it is the location, the welcoming feeling and of course the amazing transformation of a almost ruins that this woman had the heart and courage to tackle, take on and just do it. I appreciate a small business and an owner that never folds but keeps on going despite all obstacles ahead. I’d rather be welcomed and in the company of a friendly bend over backwards Owner that appreciates me as a customer. Thanks Pamela for always greeting us with a smile and back to work you go. I have watched this Gal transform this Park and Motel into the vision she had. A once 3 year work in progress to an awesome quaint place here in Howard, Colorado.

For Black Bear RV Park: Stayed here in fall of 2020. Owner is a woman that seems to be fighting the world to make a go of it. She is always working on things to make it better.
