For Grandview Cabins and RV: Staff very helpful friendly. The park is old the sites were at one time gravel, the inside roads are gravel a while back. This park has some sites with shade, some without. Sites are very tight with little room between sites. Restrooms and showers need improving like the park in general. If you didn’t bring TV you won’t have it no cable no air channels available. The grass in park needs rain, dusty in places. Most sites are 30 amp. Very good location for fishing, UTV riding, hiking,
If you stay over 30 daily rate drops to around $15.00 + electric. We laughed about this park being North Texas. Lots of folks from Texas stay here for the summer. Owner has had this park for the last three years and is working on it. Would we come back?? Yes.
