For Farish Recreation Area: call before you get to this very remote campground. Do not follow the GPS directions to this camp. Follow the directions shown in the listing. There is no cell service and no Wi-Fi anywhere in the camper. Good road going up to the camp but difficult to identify the turns. The first instruction to go to Butler Road should be Butler Street.

For Farish Recreation Area: Great spacing and privacy. Outrageous scenery.
Top notch staff, lakes canoes, fishing, hiking.
Heaven!
Downside... only 6 or so RV sites. 20 or so cabins and more tent sites.
I hate to let a secret like this out but I do my best to reward great places with reviews. Can’t wait to return.

For Farish Recreation Area: Stayed in duplex.. beautiful view!! Coming back soon! Wasn't really sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Had dish, no cell or Internet but was ok with that.
