For Clewiston RV Resort and Campground: Where to start with this puked place? Let’s start with the campground lovely hosts. First, you have the owner Gene, “Billie Jean” for the locals. He’s an extremely old piece of crap and there’s not much else to say about him. Here’s a free advice for you Billie Jean, change that awful dental prosthesis of yours, so people can understand when you talk!!! Secondly you have the chain smoker fake blond assistant, who looks like she’s 80 years old. I don’t remember her name, but don’t worry she’s easy to spot if you need her for anything. She’s the one who looks like the female character in the Planet of the Apes movie. By the way, her nickname is Smiley. Finally, you have their bouncer. A mid-50-year-old white trash guy (he’s probably in his early 40’s, but he looks like 57), who you can tell made awesome decisions all his life because he’s biggest possessions are his bike & his smokes. Those are the people you will face day in day out when staying there, like we did. As for the campground itself, well let’s just say it will be the worst place you ever stayed at period. Electricity is rubbish, the pool is rubbish, the showers & toilets are rubbish, overall if I could give this place -5 stars here, I would!!! So please, make yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from that place at any cost. Don’t do like we did in trying to find a last minute (at a decent price) RV park in Florida during Spring Break. That’s why we ended up in Clewiston. Planned ahead for better options and avoid this shitty hole that is the Clewiston RV (Resort my ass).
