For Town and Country RV Resort: This was our first trip in our recently purchased used RV, so we wanted to stay close to home. We were so happy we chose Town & Country RV. The people in the office were wonderful and welcoming to us and our pup. The residents of the park were very friendly. People stopped by to greet us, brought treats for our dog, and remembered our names. We had a few issues getting the hand of RV stuff and had several offers of help. The RV park was nicely kept. It was clear that the long term residents take a lot of pride in their homes and the owners of the park take pride in the property.

For Town and Country RV Resort: Mixed review, wish a half star was available. We were traveling to a different RV park that filled up due to all the events in the Tampa/St Pete’s area. Called several and booked solid, this park (55+ park) had exactly 2 spots available so we took it. Yes you are led in by someone, cash only and as 70%+ of sites have perm structures. Rest are available for RV, but long term. The 2 sites are located in rear of park. Level on grass, with fire pits and free WiFi. Laundry facilities, and the restrooms clean but dated.
People are friendly and lots to do in park for some.

For Town and Country RV Resort: We booked in March 13, 2018. One week rate $220 including tax. Full hookups. Free WiFi.
Was greeted coming in drive by staff and shown to site, received assistance with getting into site.
Not sure how many transient sites they have.
Very friendly spot, great price.
Clean, paved roads, concrete pads, grass parking for vehicle.
