For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: We stayed for a week in early January. We selected the beachfront park, one row in from the Oceanside. Back on site, right up to a wall along A1A highway. It was often windy, but could still hear the ocean waves at night. Met many nice neighbors. Staff were sequestered from their customers (Covid precautions) so our dealing was via phone or through a plexiglass door with the slot. We enjoyed our stay (except for road noise at night). We would go back there so long as there is not a cabin in front of us or along side of us. (They moved two cabins into the front row. Fortunately they were not in front of us).

For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: We absolutely love Beverly Beach Resort. We just celebrated our 20th anniversary there and the staff and site was amazing, as always. We chose Beverly Beach Resort in lieu of Key West, as there lots and beach access are incomparable. Thank you for providing such an amazing place for us to get away and relax. We will keep visiting as much as we can.

For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: I don't know if their photos were photoshopped, or were taken prior to the last hurricane, but there are no palm trees (or ANY landscaping) at this park. It is just a parking lot. Sure, it's by the ocean, which could be nice, but unfortunately during our stay, it was so incredibly windy, it ruined our stay. Our rig was actually damaged by the wind. It was so windy, the sand would pelt you on the beach, and it was impossible to even be outside. All the rigs along the beach have left early. Yes, just bad luck with the weather maybe, but be prepared: it is often windy here. Road noise is a factor as well. Street lights were bright enough to be bothersome at night.
Staff in the office were efficient but not especially friendly. Check in was easy, parking was easy (no pull-throughs, only pull in/back in sites). Sites are gravel/sand with a concrete pad and a picnic table. I'm not sure why they chose to call this a "resort"-- there is no pool, no tennis, no pickleball, no shuffleboard, etc. Only restrooms and laundry, which were clean. All in all, it may be a 4-star location, but not in ANY way a "resort". (I did not deduct stars for the weather, as that was just bad luck). However, at $155/night for a NON-premium site, it is way over-priced for what they offer, so deducted another star. In fact, of the nearly 30 places I have stayed on this 4-month trip, it is the most disproportionately priced for what you get. Will not stay here again.
**I have stayed at over 25 RV parks and campgrounds along the Florida coast over the last three months.... Look for my other reviews!**

For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: This was a fairly last minute addition to our February 2021 Florida trip. Our only real regret is that we didn't dedicate more time in our trip to spend here. This is a very unique campground right on the beach. Yes the sites are somewhat tight but the view and beach access more than makes up for it.

For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: We stayed here for a week in February 2021. Had an oceanfront spot and loved the gorgeous beach view out our front window. Don’t miss the sunrises here, they were spectacular!!!
Spot was packed gravel and sand, (but no issues auto- leveling) and we had a new-looking concrete slab beside with a small picnic table. Hookups were in good condition, no issues with them. Guests were a mix of Class A’s, C’s, Fifth Wheels and travel trailers. We had plenty of space to park our Jeep behind our 40’ Class A.
Beach was very clean. Many guests (including us) had dogs and everyone took care to pick up after them. Very dog-friendly park.
Staff was very helpful. My husband needed to check the heating unit on our roof and a maintenance worker passing by promptly delivered him a ladder along with towel and duct tape to pad the ladder and protect our Coach. I believe his name was Jeff, he was great. Office staff was very kind and helpful as well.
They have a small convenience store with basic necessities onsite.
Took off one star because the WiFi was nonexistent. Could not connect at all and eventually gave up and went with using our phones as hotspots and pluggin our iPad into our tv to watch shows online.
Did not use the laundry or public bath facilities, but they did have both.
All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: Nice campground for beach front camping, a little pricey. The campground is on both sides of A1A. We were beach front and only heard the waves, no road noise. Easy in/out. Beach is nice and quiet. Couldn’t get WiFi to work although noticed several access points to connect to. Opted to use my Verizon hotspot.

For Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort: If you are a beach person you will love this place. If you need a ADA compliant restroom you are out of luck.
