For Topeekeegee Yugnee TY Park Broward County Park: I can’t say that I’ve been to any other RV Parks because this is actually my first. From what I’ve experienced in my first 2 weeks staying here I have to say it’s pretty doggone good. I’m staying the whole month of April and landed a spot right across from the bathrooms and showers. The laundry facilities there need improvements, 50% of the washers and dryer’s are non operating. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there’s railroad tracks within 20 yards from the spaces. They run all throughout the day, and night. The hookups are located at the rear of the space which means you’d have to run a much longer sewage line than normal (if you want to center your rig with the patio). If you don’t care about the patio you can line your rig up with a shorter line. All and All, I really enjoy the park.
It’s a county park with a water park in it. Weekends are very busy and coming and going can get a bit complicated. After hours are from 7pm till 7 am. You have to call security to let you out in between those times. The Month of April will run me $53/day. Full hookups 30/50 amp and the WiFi is free. They don’t meter your stay at all. (Not sure which is better, lower monthly rate and metered electric or all included) May the rates drop to $45/day.

For Topeekeegee Yugnee TY Park Broward County Park: BK Fulltimers review from 2018 is still good for 2021. Trees still need trimmed on approach to park, wifi still nonexistant. This is a fabulous inner city park with heavy usage during the day by locals. The huge water park-like pool area was closed due to COVID, otherwise screaming and laughing children would have provided another background noise. Our site smelled stronly of urine when we arrived, but some windy days seem to have cleared that up. The picnic table wood is very old and rough. Light rail, freight and Amtrak trains go by, but on the water-side sites, they don't seem bad. I'd hesitate to take sites right next to the track. There is some traffic noise, especially lots of hot rodders gunning their engines. We left after a few days. Too much city for us. The cost was high, about $56 a day, including taxes. Electric read low at first, at 116 volts both legs, but it worked fine. We used two ACs the first day, and we never really taxed it after that. We had a pull thrpugh site, but we aren't sure about the pull-out part. There is a tree and a neighbor in the way, so we might back out our 43-foot MH.

For Topeekeegee Yugnee TY Park Broward County Park: We spent 10 nights with W/S/E-50 Amp. The access (gate & entrance) is a little snug and some trees lining the streets need to be trimmed to reduce scraping big rig roofs or sides. There is a curved pull-off just outside the office for unhooking a tow, but it was not clearly marked as a stopping point for RVs. The staff at the registration desk was efficient and courteous. It takes about 5-7 minutes to drive across the park to the RV sites. Our site was a pull-in with an asphalt pad long enough for both the coach and car with a fairly large concrete patio, wooden picnic table and charcoal grill. We had to pull the coach (38 ft.) forward on the site to allow enough room to park our tow behind us. Although listed as available, the Wi-Fi is nonexistent but we had no problem with AT&T phone service or Verizon Jetpack. We were able to use our DISH Tailgater and also received numerous channels via antenna. The laundry room is semi-clean and reasonably priced at $1.75 /wash and .75 to dry but didn’t have a table big enough to fold clothes on. We endured a couple afternoons of loud, annoying music coming from a rented shelter and there was some traffic noise behind us along Sheridan St.
This campground may have a few quirks with its trees, pull-in sites, sewer location, lack of Wi-Fi and loud, annoying music, but we still give it a “Good†rating because overall, it’s nice and comfortable with plenty of activities (for an additional costs) within the park.

For Topeekeegee Yugnee TY Park Broward County Park: Great place and well maintained. Good staff. Wish they could do something about the trains right by the park.
