For Lake Pan RV Village: We had a reservation for a 30a pull-thru site for the weekend that we made online. We arrived and were told that there were no pull-thru sites available. The site that had been reserved for us was a back-in site that was too small for our RV and would have had our door opening into a bush. While being shuffled from site to site, we spotted an open pull-through site, but were told that it was reserved for someone else and that if we took it that we would be kicked out in the morning. We were also told that the KOA web site did not reflect actual availability at an individual campground, and that we should have called the campground directly instead of reserving via the website. There was no local or national number to call and no recourse.
Suffice it to say that we left in disgust and fortunately found an open site at another campground.
