For Midway - Big Cypress National: Very nice, clean campground with lots of open space and surrounding a small little lake. There was even a ranger program on Florida panthers at the campground the night I was there. The only drawback was that it is very close to the road (Rte 41, the Tamiami Trail) without any buffering trees. The road was not busy at night but the noise was there, especially from the tent sites. (And, note that few of the RV sites looked shaded, and none of the tent sites were shaded.) There is a self-serve payment kiosk if you arrive late and do not have a reservation (bring exact bills!). As of April 8, 2017, some of the other campsites at Big Cypress are closed because of wildfires; be sure to check the website beforehand.

For Midway - Big Cypress National: Nice campground. Electric only. Sites are all back in but plenty of room to maneuver.
Water and dump station are available.
Would have given 5 stars but no shower facilities.
If in the area, would stay here again.

For Midway - Big Cypress National: We enjoyed our stay here very much! Close to Oasis visitor center which has a lot to offer! Clean restrooms and level paved sites. Back in sites electric only but easy access to water and dump site.
