For Sunshine Holiday Daytona: Stayed here in March 2022 for Bikeweek. Excellent location for biker rally’s. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff.
The resort is showing it’s age and is in much need of a facelift and updating. This is a Corporately owned place, come on Corporate get your act together !
Our site was a miserable sand pit.
Probably 15 % or so permanents and long termers.
During the Bikeweek event it was hellishly expensive to stay here, (you may have to take a 2nd mortgage to be able to afford this one).

For Sunshine Holiday Daytona: Arrived and there was not a welcome aboard package. On the phone they were very accommodating. However there was not a packet telling us where to park. We arrived at 2 in the afternoon. So we called thousand trails national and they gave us a spot. The spot was in a wet field and would have been difficult to be in without sinking. Therefore we recontacted thousand trails national and we picked out a dryer spot. We had asked for a pull through. The new site was not pull through capable for us and they upped the price by $20 to $71 per night in mid September for a back in site. Another RV pulled in behind us and had the same experience. Since we did not have a welcome packet we did not have access to the rest rooms or club house. If you are coming here make sure you ask a lot of questions before you arrive. Nice location right down street from the Harley dealer. We have a Harley trike and May stay here next time. But, we will work out all details ahead of time.

For Sunshine Holiday Daytona: Beware if they stick you into the wheel to the rear mostly full timers some are nice and tidy and some look like a run down trailer park, small streets and they cram you between permanent people streets are small spots tight, front wheel is nice with short stay people, so beware if you go to the rear.

For Sunshine Holiday Daytona: Park is two wheels and also some spots around a lake. The first wheel is mainly rv's and has the pool at the middle, as well as showers and laundry. The second wheel is mainly well-maintained park models and has a recreation center and showers and laundry in the middle. They also put some rv's on the lawn around the rec center. I was in the second wheel between two park models. It was like I was driveway surfing on a stranger's driveway - awkward! The first wheel was having flooding issues, and it was November. Everyone was very pleasant and the place has a good chill vibe and the staff were very pleasant and responsive... but if I want to driveway surf I'll driveway surf with people I know.
