For Twelve Oaks RV Resort: The whole front of the park is under construction from road widening work. There is no pool, clubhouse, or fitness area. The sites are close together and it is a bit twisty/turvy driving through to get to your site. There are MANY rigs over 35 feet here. Ours is 32'. If you are concerned about getting your rig into a spot, simply talk to the managers and ask for help or ask for a different spot. They are VERY accommodating. The people here are quiet and friendly. The facilities are clean and well kept. We're here for a long term stay due to work. The road work in the front is unfortunate as it DOES make it hard to see the turn when it's dark. I don't know how they could change it due to the construction (which is beyond their control). The park has asked a lot of the older, more run down units to leave. Since we've been here, there's been a general "clean up" of RVs and sites.

For Twelve Oaks RV Resort: Not for big rigs!!!!! We have a 40' class A and nearly destroyed an awning on a low hanging oak branch. Turns are extremely tight, very crowded park!
We checked in late after a long day of travel, so it was dark. Poorly lit entrance and not at all intuitive off State Rd 46 in the dark. We missed the proper entrance, had to unhitch and back up in the dark and rain onto the State Rd with moderate traffic. Seems to be a consistent problem as the fifth wheel arriving before us did the same thing, tried to turn around, and got stuck in the sand.
The after hours check in gentlemen was nice and as helpful as he could be (he was helping the family stuck in the sand, and then helped us pull into our site).
Lots of full timers, people seemed really nice, but I wouldn't take anything over 30' into this park and watch your top clearance.
Also very muddy, not paved, no gravel.
I've never given a negative review, but coming away muddy and with damage to our awning, I strongly advise larger rigs and anything over 10' high to choose another park.

For Twelve Oaks RV Resort: Little disappointed pulling in when we saw how it looked. Lots of full timers, lots of stuff outside. Spaces were tight. WiFi wasn't the greatest. Lots of TV over the air. Laundry was clean and updated. Price was at $1.50 per load. Busy highway on the main entrance, make sure to ask where the side exit is. Staff was friendly. Would stay for the night maybe. Only three starts because it was so tight. Overall staff and the locals were friendly.

For Twelve Oaks RV Resort: There is a very eclectic mix of old and new campers, long term and short term, park models and RVs. The campground itself is older and could use a little TLC but bathrooms and laundry room were clean and well maintained. The front of the campground is under construction as the state is building a roadway extension. The pool looked clean and inviting but we didn't swim. All hookups (50amp, water, and sewer) worked fine. Ask about getting out the back exit in order to avoid the traffic on route 46. We arrived on Sunday afternoon but the office was closed. A sign said they would list vacant sites on the bulletin board but none were listed. There were several empty sites in front of the office so we took one. The next day we were told we had to move. If they had posted the vacancies (like they said they would) we wouldn't have had to unhook everything and move.

For Twelve Oaks RV Resort: We did not stay...we only drove thru park. Stopped in office, lady there was very nice. We checked out the pool which was clean and well maintained. The park is old and there we many homesteaders there. The grounds were maintained, but we couldn't get over the numerous old run down park models and pull behind trailers. We decided to pass on staying.

For Twelve Oaks RV Resort: Nice park, with level sites.
We had an overnight spot (for 2 days) and my wife did laundry. Friendly people, with access to the large room in the office structure to wait and use the wifi (which also reached our site just fine) while washing the clothes.
Older camp, but not run-down. We enjoyed ourselves with friends who live in the area, and the staff helped us to find places we needed to be in town.
We'd stay again
