For Sarasota Sunny South RV and MH Park: This is a 90-site resort in a residential neighborhood behind several auto dealers off US 41 (far enough away not to hear that traffic). It has a mix of RV sites and park models. If paying for a premium site, you will be on an inside street with a picnic table and a small storage barn on your site. Sites on the north row are on a busy-ish through street as area residents leave for work early in the mornings. The WiFi is a little above average and the cable TV has digital channels with plenty of selection. The park provides free meals on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning which have been delicious. We called in the spring of the year and were required to rent for a full month for the following March, although when we were there we witnessed many in and out for only a few days or weeks. The laundry room has been clean and both washers and dryers are $2 each. Friendly folks here! We would stay here if returning to this area.

For Sarasota Sunny South RV and MH Park: Very nice place large clean sites with Satalite access and has wifi. People are very nice, stayed a week and was very happy.
