For Modoc - J Strom Thurmond Lake: This place was great didn’t see a bad spot in the whole park - att was 2-3 bars and worked - laundry (1-1) but worked great - they do have ants no uncles snd your welcome to take all the ants you want - lol
All sites were on the lake - I liked 25-30-42 just a few to mention but we stayed in 42

For Modoc - J Strom Thurmond Lake: We have been on the road for two months. Have stayed in many campsites. This is by far the most beautiful campground that we have experienced. Clean. Showers water and electricity. Every site on the lake. Immaculate campsites. Can’t think of anything negative. In addition the price is really cheap. Highly, highly, recommend.

For Modoc - J Strom Thurmond Lake: Many nice spots for camping with room for larger RVs. Restrooms are a 5 out of 10, they work but not glamorous. Great Lake views from a number of sites.
