For Seminole State Park: Great park on a small lake. Many pull through site. Lots of birds to watch while relaxing. You can take your boat, but no rentals available at this time with the Covid. Best sunrise I’ve ever seen at a campground.

For Seminole State Park: Lake Seminole is one of the nicest state parks we've ever stayed at. We found it by surprise and were thrilled. This is very well-kept, manicured and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were newer and cleaned regularly. The sites are very large and many are lake front. Great place to boat, fish, bike or hike. I did take a peak at the cabins while the ladies were cleaning and it was very nice and newer. Not like what you would expect from a state park cabin. It had all amenities and was more like an ocean front rental you would find on the beach. We are already planning to go again. The only drawback is that it is secluded, which may not be one at all. It is a drive to any kind of activity. About 1.5 hours from Tallahassee, 2 from Panama City, 1 from caverns. There is an average grocery nearby but if you are a health conscious eater, there is a whole foods in Tallahassee. Your standard fair grocery is about twenty minutes away and a Dollar store is just down the road about five minutes. Mexican restaurant in Bainbridge is decent for a night out and 4 Rivers BBQ in Tallahassee is a must if your up for a day trip. It is also in a great shopping center with Whole Foods. There are local kennels we used for day trips to Tallahassee just minutes from restaurants and shops. Only $15 for the day with proper documentation. The park was busier on the weekend but not at all during the week. We were there in early spring.

For Seminole State Park: July 2014...There are very few RV waterfront lots available. Book your site ahead of time of that is important. The cabin sites are amazing. This park has everything. Our internet - cell worked fine AT&T. Most of the RV sites need just a minor adjustment to level your rig. Biking is easy in the park. It is also very clean. They have many pull through lots.
