For Little River Park Campground and Marina: The roads in the park are gravel and rutted in some areas. It has a lot of full timers and all season units on the sites. We were able to rent the last site available on a Friday afternoon. I didn't use the bath house so I can't comment. Not much shade. All the utilities worked just fine and this lot was level. Verizon coverage was two dots LTE. Very good park wifi strength.
