For Slip Bluff County Park: A great county park with 10+ rv sites with electric at each site. Also water and showers and restrooms available at park. Lots of hiking trails, fishing and other recreational items like horseshoe pits, picnic sites and playground. Each site has ring for fire and grill for cooking. Is 5 miles down a dirt road. Google maps took us right there. It is only accessible by foot from the rest area. Also has boat ramp and horse trails too. We stopped while returning from Minnesota and only stayed one night, but was so nice we stuck around till early afternoon the following day.

For Slip Bluff County Park: Spruce marked 163rd all gravel roads well maintained Beautiful vista from the pavilion especially ar sunset. Nice level sites, water available cleanest shower room we have seen in a county park Price is right $15 with 30amp when we were there Aug,2018 Would have made 5star but no dump. Do no miss Sale Barn Cafe about 2miles from I35 Great breakfast and lunch

For Slip Bluff County Park: On a hill. Wooded. Sitess are leveled. Self registration. Mid March water was on but shower house closed. We were the only ones. Close to highway but noise was not bothersome. Garmin said you could get there directly from rest area. Google said that it's a foot path not a road. We trusted Google more and took the long way around.
