For Lakeshore RV Resort and Campground: Clean park. Level gravel spots. Would not consider it a destination. Nice people with a lot of rules that we were told were heavily enforced.

For Lakeshore RV Resort and Campground: Worth going out of your way to get to. Was impressed that this campground is the cleanest and neatest, with well cared for grounds and facilities (that also have seasonal campers) that we have ever been to... And we have been camping for over 35 years. Owners have many rules and enforce them to insure campers have an opportunity to enjoy their stay undisturbed. Was pleasantly surprised to find the campground was actually so quiet at night so we could get a good night's sleep. Their curfew is apparently enforced. Owners live on site and seem to be almost always available. Also this is a good place if camping with children as many were....playground, miniature golf, large grassy area, etc.

For Lakeshore RV Resort and Campground: All most all seasonal campers have been asked to leave. New ownership are not very kind. Very long list of rules. Rule 31.1-under unacceptable conduct starts out with Quarreling, fighting, intimidation, bullying, coarse language , violence, belligerence ....ect ect. the owners have called law enforcement numerous times. Once because a camper came early from the posted weekend times. 54 rules with sub subjects underneath them. Sullen atmosphere. Would not recommend.

For Lakeshore RV Resort and Campground: Terrible under new ownership. Most all of the seasonal campers (of 10 to 20 years) were either run out or specifically told not to come back.

For Lakeshore RV Resort and Campground: Stopped for one night while on the road to Wyoming and found a very pleasant park; well laid out and clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly; making sure we were all set up before going for supper. WiFi was pretty good, much better than many.

For Lakeshore RV Resort and Campground: Honestly the best campground we have stayed in for awhile. The owners are top notch, helpful and kind. Park is very well maintained. We plan on staying here when ever we are visiting family in Waterloo or passing through Iowa. Truly a MUST STAY experience. And with "Passport America" just $20.00 a night.
