Engineer
For Hodges RV Park: O.K. for one overnight; very rough place. Mostly long term stay focus, not travelers. We had called before but owner(?) took no deposit (cash only for us). However, he was main problem. We didn't see office as we entered; found him and asked which site and where to pay. He said at office which "you drove right by". My wife asked where is it since we had not seen it. (We later did; had a small sign, but helps to know where it is.) But, he abruptly said he didn't want to argue, to move down the road, and walked away. We were shocked, not even realizing we'd been in an "argument." After 5 minutes I spoke with him again and got him to relent (we had driven all day). I have never encountered such behavior before. Bizarre, really inexplicable.
